1. APPLICABILITY

These terms and conditions of use govern the sale of courses and other services made by the supplier exclusively through the website www.insegnare.org
These terms and conditions of use do not regulate the sale of courses and other services by third parties, other than the supplier, even if they are business partners.Therefore, anyone who wants to carry out commercial transactions with these subjects is required to check their conditions of sale.
Symphony soc.coop is not responsible for the contents of these sites, nor for any errors and / or omissions and / or violations of the law by them.
Symphony soc.coop undertakes towards its users the commitment to make the service continuous and the site functional; however, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of interruptions, suspensions or delays in the service. Consequently, in no case, we can be held responsible for damage that may arise to the user from the failure to use this site and the information or services present within it.
2. CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SERVICE
The supplier provides online training courses that can be used independently by the user, without time limits or expiration. Access to the Service requires an internet connection.
The courses open within the Site consist of multimedia and, where present, additional educational content. Specifically, for multimedia we mean videos and / or multimedia presentations accompanied by slides and vocal(audio) explanations that the user has the right to view by accessing their personal area within the Site; additional educational content means materials, such as, for example, handouts and / or attachments and / or exercises and / or insights; these materials can be viewed and downloaded by accessing the personal area within the Site.
Within the site, in the courses section, there is an information sheet that describes the course in detail, indicating: the title, the number of lessons, the duration, the topic of the individual lessons, the material made available to users, the objectives of the course, the recipients, the price and the teacher.
By purchasing the course, the user has the right to use the tutoring service through a special internal messaging function on the site.
This service allows the user to contact the teacher, where the user needs clarifications regarding the course content.
The teacher undertakes to respond within 48 working hours from receipt of the request, except for impediments due to periods of intense work and / or holiday periods.
It is specified that tutoring has a function of mere clarification and / or support in the event of critical issues encountered by the user, therefore the teacher providing the tutoring is not required in any case to provide private lessons - or, in any case, in-depth lessons, not even on topics covered by the course - nor is it required to provide translations, corrections of exercises, support in passing the final test, solutions of the final test.
3. REGISTRATION TO THE SITE
Registration on the site is free and is necessary to complete the purchase procedure and to view the courses.
The user is required to fill in the registration form by entering the requested personal data, and finally click on the appropriate acceptance to confirm the registration at the bottom of the form.
The user must provide accurate and true personal data. The insertion of false, invented, third party and / or in any way untruthful personal data is strictly prohibited.
Once the registration procedure is completed, the user will already be logged into his personal account. Through the personal account created with registration, the user can purchase courses, view the courses already purchased, carry out the final test, obtain the certificate of attendance, update personal data, manage privacy settings, take advantage of extra features made available to users, use tutoring.
The user can access their account by entering their authentication credentials (email address and password). The use of the Service is strictly personal.The transfer to third parties of any credentials to access the Service is prohibited.The user agrees to keep these credentials and to keep them secret.
4. PRICES
The prices of the courses open on the site are indicated in Euros, are inclusive of VAT and are the prices in force at the time the user sends the Order.
Insegnare.org reserves the right to change the price of the courses at any time, it being understood that the price of the course that will be charged to the user will be that indicated in the order summary and displayed by the user before the transmission of the order itself and that any changes(increasing or decreasing) subsequent to this moment will not be taken into account.
5.PURCHASES ON THE SITE
The user can purchase the courses by selecting the course of his interest on the Site and completing the appropriate purchase procedure.
The supplier issues an invoice for each purchase and sends it to the user's email address.
For the purpose of issuing the invoice receipt, the data provided by the user during the purchase procedure are authentic, therefore the user is required to complete the check -out form by entering exactly, completely and responding to the truth.The user is responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness and completeness of the ovens.
The user agrees to hold harmless and indemnify Insegnare.org from any damage, compensation and / or sanction that may derive from it and / or be imposed where such information is not exactly and / or is not complete and / or is not responsive to the truth.
By confirming the purchase, the user declares that he has read the information sheet of the course as well as your information regarding the use of the service.
6.PAYMENT METHODS
The payment of the courses purchased on the Site can be except by credit card or bank transfer.
The user can freely choose the payment method among those indicated in the purchase procedure.
For payments by credit card, Sinfonia soc.coop uses the Paypal service, therefore the relative data will not be in the possession of the Company, but will be processed only by the Payment Service Manager.
Following the successful outcome of the payment, the user will find the active course in his personal account, in the MY COURSES section, and can start using the course.
In the event that the payment is not successful, the order will be considered terminated pursuant to art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code
For payments by bank transfer, the bank details are indicated on the "check-out" page during the purchase phase of the course as well as in the summary email sent to the user's email address following confirmation of the order.
In case of purchases by bank transfer, the course will be activated within 48 working hours from the receipt of the payment confirmation; therefore from that moment the user will find the active course in his personal account, in the MY COURSES section, and can start using the course.
The payment of the courses by bank transfer must be made no later than 7 days from the transmission of the order.After this deadline, the contract will be considered terminated by law.
7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The user who acts as a consumer and purchased the course through the website www.lezione - online.it has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without the need for reasons and without applying any cost, within the term of 14 days calendar from the day the course was activated as long as it has not viewed more than 40 % of the course.
As a consumer, the user loses the right to withdraw from the purchase of the course when at least one of the following conditions exists:
the withdrawal period has elapsed(14 calendar days from the day the course was activated)
the user viewed more than 40 % of the course.In this case, it will no longer be possible to proceed with the refund request, even if the request was received within 14 days from the course activation.
Therefore in the event that Sinfonia soc.coop ascertains that the user who exercised the right of withdrawal within the set deadline, however, has used more than 40% of the course, Sinfonia soc.coop communicates to the user, within 5 working days, that the withdrawal request cannot be accepted and, consequently, the user will not be entitled to any refund.The user who wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal must communicate his decision to Sinfonia soc.coop by the expiry of the withdrawal period as indicated in point 7.1, by sending an e-mail to the address info@Insegnare.org in which it must indicate its name and surname, the e-mail address of your account and the course for which you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, reasons.
Symphony soc. coop, having completed the procedure for verifying the conditions necessary to be able to withdraw from the contract, will reimburse the amount due paid by the user when purchasing the course, without delay and in any case within 30 working days from the date on which it was received the request for withdrawal.
In case of payment by credit card, the company except for the refund by crediting the amount on the credit card used by the user to make the purchase; in case of payment by bank transfer, the refund will be made by bank transfer, upon communication by the user of his bank details.
The company also deletes the course from the user's account and, therefore, the latter can no longer have access to the course content.
9. Final TEST AND ATTENDANCE CERTIFICATE
The user who has attended at least 80% of the course has the opportunity to take the final test that allows him to obtain the certificate of attendance for the courses for which it is provided.
The final test is considered passed upon obtaining a percentage of correct answers equal to or greater than 80%. The user has two attempts to pass the final test, after which he will no longer be able to take the test and will not be able to obtain the certificate of attendance. tutare.org issues a certificate of attendance which only certifies the participation in the course purchased; it is specified that any knowledge acquired by the user is not certified.
The certificate of attendance does not issue qualification or specialization certificates required by specific regulations.
10. COPYRIGHT
All information and all the material contained on the site(by way of non-exhaustive example: graphic interface, images, texts, organization of information, etc ...) are owned by Sinfonia soc.coop and are protected by copyright law and other intellectual property protection laws.This material cannot be copied, reproduced, transmitted or distributed in any form, even partially, without the authorization of Sinfonia soc.coop.
11. CLOSING THE ACCOUNT
The user can request the closure of his account by sending, at any time without specifying the reasons, a request at info@Insegnare.org.
It is specified that the closure of the account involves the elimination of the course (s) purchased by the user as well as all the progress achieved and the certificate (s) obtained.
The supplier reserves the right to suspend and / or close the user's account if the latter:
- violates or has violated, even partially, these conditions of use;
- provides or has provided, totally or partially, untruthful, incomplete or incorrect data and information; - - - use or have used the site for illegal purposes and / or in an illegal manner;
- violates or has violated the copyrights and / or intellectual property rights of third parties and / or of the supplier.
12. MODIFICATION OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Supplier reserves the right to modify and / or integrate these Terms and Conditions of use at any time and without notice. Any changes will be published on the website in the "Terms and conditions of use" section and following publication, they will be considered effective.Users are required to carefully check the Terms and Conditions of Use before making the purchase. 13. PARTIAL NULLITY OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

14. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURT

The jurisdiction of the court of the place where the user resides or has elected domicile is reserved, if the latter has the quality of consumer, as prescribed by the Consumer Code.
